AGROSILA INCLUDED IN TOP-20 LARGEST LAND OWNERS

The ranking which includes 73 companies was prepared by BEFL audit and consulting agency.  The total land bank of the largest agricultural land owners has amounted to 17.4 mln. ha. It is 0.7 mln. ha more than in 2022. The research has shown that despite the decrease in profitability of crop farming, there was a significant increase of offers from small players in the second half of 2022 and the first half of 2023, which enabled big agricultural holdings to increase their land banks. As a result, market leaders became bigger and small inefficient enterprises left the market.
The area of the farming land being 290 thousand ha, the holding was ranked 16th in BEFL ranking. AGROSILA owns land in Tukayevsky district, Aznakayevo district, Zainsk district, Sarmanovo district, Menzelinsk district, Nizhnekamsk and Muslyumovo districts of the Republic of Tatarstan. In 2023, the holding put into circulation 4 land plots with the total area of 354.58 ha in Zainsk and Nizhnekamsk districts of the Republic of Tatarstan. 3 more land plots with the total area of 160 ha will be put into circulation in Zainsk district, Muslyumovo and Nizhnekamsk districts before the end of this year. 141.2 mln. rubles were included into the investment program of the holding for 2023 for land acquisition.
