VILFAND REPORTS MOSTLY GOOD CONDITION OF WINTER CROPS IN RUSSIA.

Agrometeorologists assess the condition of winter crops in Russian regions as good and satisfactory, the research director of the Russian Hydrometeorological Centre Roman Vilfand told on Friday.
“The condition of winter crops in the Northwestern and the Central Federal Districts is mostly good, sometimes satisfactory.  In the Volga Federal District [the conditions] are mainly good and satisfactory, too", Vilfand told at a press conference in Moscow, referring to the data from agrometeorologists.
