AGROSILA STARTS THE PRODUCTION OF SLICED CHEESES

AGROSILA holding is launching a new line of sliced cheeses. The line is based on popular semi-hard cheeses produced by the holding – Dutch and Tilziter cheeses that conform to Halal standard. During the first stage, up to 25 tonnes of products are planned to be produced every month. Next year, Konber, Cheddar, and Parmesan cheeses will be added to the assortment. Production is fully automatic and is equipped with a multi-step quality control system. The technological process includes the selection of raw materials and the monitoring of key parameters during ripening, brining, and packing. High precision equipment ensures uniform cheese slicing. Modern package will keep the product fresh for 120 days.
