BASHKIRIA IMPLEMENTING A BIG INVESTMENT PROJECT IN BEEF CATTLE RAISING

A large scale beef cattle raising project is being implemented in Iglino District of the Republic of Bashkortostan, initiated by one of the agricultural enterprises of the region. The construction of two feed lots (feeding stations) for the intensive feeding of Aberdeen Angus cattle is planned as part of this project. Each of the lots is intended for keeping 800 heads of cattle at a time, which makes it possible to increase the efficiency of production processes significantly. The total volume of investment in the project will be 140 million rubles, more than 83 million rubles of which are the investor’s own funds. One of the lots has already been commissioned today. The investing agricultural enterprise has been working since 2011. Meat and dairy cattle husbandry is its main area of activities.
