BRYANSKY SAD IS PLANNING TO START APPLE PROCESSING

Bryansky Sad (a company within MBK Croup of Companies) is planning to take up apple processing and is considering the possibility of producing purees, jellies, jams, and chips. This year, the company harvested about 4 thousand tonnes of apples. As far as the project of processing apples into chips and jelly is concerned, the chairman of the board of MBK Group of Companies Vyacheslav Kobets does not exclude that they may be able to start it as early as in the next season. It is planned to manufacture these products under Bryansky Sad brand, which the company intends to develop. So, for example, the company will pack apples in 1 kilo branded bags to be supplied to trade chains. The company is also considering the option of developing agrotourism and agrosharing.
