CONFECTIONERY TO START BEING MARKED IN RUSSIA

A marking experiment was proposed by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, which drafted a corresponding RF Government Regulation. The experiment is planned to be carried out from 15 December 2024 through 31 August 2025. It will apply to chocolate, candies, zefir, pastila, cookies, jelly, fruit jellies, chewing gum, and other sweets.
Producers will participate in the experiment voluntarily. During this period, confectionery marking processes will be tested and optimal technical solutions will be worked out.
