ENTERPRISES MAY COMPENSATE UP TO 90% OF EXPENSES FOR STUDENT APPRENTICES AS PART OF THE HUMAN RESOURCES IN AGROINDUSTRIAL COMPLEX PROJECT

Chelyabinsk Region attracts young staff to the agro-industrial complex. The Technological Support of Food Security national project started in 2025, and 15 million rubles were allocated to the region to arrange the practical training of students as part of the Human Resources in Agroindustrial Complex federal project. More than 100 students will do internship on the basis of this amount. Enterprises will be compensated for up to 90% of expenses if they accept students of a sectoral university and college for internship, and up to 30% for students of other colleges and vocational schools. Starting from the next year, it will become possible to compensate for the expenses of targeted student admission as part of the Human Resources in Agroindustrial Complex project.
