IN 2024, EXPORT OF RUSSIAN DAIRY PRODUCTS CAN INCREASE BY 15-18%

Such a prediction was made by the executive director of the National Dairy Producers Union Artyom Belov. In 2023, Russia exported over 215 thousand tons of dairy products. It is 8.9% more than a year before.
“If we talk about the estimates for 2024, we also expect that export dynamics will remain the same. It is clear that many factors will influence — these are both logistic restrictions and restrictions associated with the financing of the deals. We estimate that the export will increase by 15-18%”, Artyom Belov said.

Besides, market milk production will increase by 3.5-4% in 2024. Last year, the production increased by 4%.
