MILK SALES VOLUME IN FARMS GROWS BY 6.2%

According to the Russian Ministry of Agriculture, as at 24 November 2025, the daily volume of milk sold by agricultural organizations amounted to 57.8 thousand tonnes, up 6.2% (+3.4 thousand tonnes) on the same period of last year.
Maximum sales volumes, 2 thousand tonnes and higher, were achieved in the Republic of Tatarstan, Udmurt Republic, Krasnodar Territory, Voronezh and Kirov Regions. The country’s average daily milk yield was 22.8 kg per cow, up 1.2 kg on a year earlier. Saint Petersburg, Penza Region, Kaluga Region, Kaliningrad and Kursk Regions are the leaders among the regions in this parameter. These regions produced more than 28 kg of milk per cow.
