NEW ENTERPRISES CAN COUNT ON STATE SUPPORT DURING STARTUP STAGE

The support of commercial production and exports potential are being discussed in the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Committee for Economy Policy. It has been decided to consider help options for companies starting their own production but whose work is complicated by current sanctions and the present-day credit policy – high key rate. Market balance is kept from two sides now. Duties and VAT rate are completely set to zero for products which are not present in the Russian market. For the products which have Russian analogues in the domestic market, the customs duty increased to 35% – this is how domestic producers are supported in the face of competition with producers from unfriendly countries.
