RECORD RAPESEED HARVEST PREDICTED IN RUSSIA

Last year, the yield of this crop was 4.2 million tonnes. This year, as the general director of ProZerno analytical centre Vladimir Petrichenko said, the figure will be much higher.
“In total, it is 5 million tonnes, a new high for rapeseed. There are good prospects for oil flax. It will not be the record of the year before last but about 1.6 million tonnes will be harvested in Russia”, he said.
