ROSSELKHOZNADZOR TO COMBINE HORRIOT AND MERCURY INFORMATION SYSTEMS

Head of the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance (Rosselkhoznadzor) Sergei Dankvert told this at the XV convention of the National Milk Producers’ Union.  The integration of Rosselkhoznadzor’s information systems is planned for 2024. This will enable obtaining data on the number of farm animals in Russia, the volume of milk they produce, and the further sale of products. It is noted that information obtained from the systems helps to quickly make management decisions and combat product counterfeiting.  
“ The creation of all our information systems is aimed at ensuring that we have more information about all market participants and understand what is happening”, Sergei Dankvert informed.
