ROSTSELMASH ENTERS INTO COOPERATION WITH A BIG ST. PETERSBURG UNIVERSITY

Rostselmash, a Don producer of agricultural machinery, signed a scientific cooperation agreement with a big university of St. Petersburg, the D.F. Ustinov Baltic State Technical University. The document formalizes the intentions to jointly train engineering staff and develop scientific technologies. The parties have agreed on a broad range of issues. These are the establishment of long term ties in training new employees and their advanced training, implementation of new technologies and scientific developments in the company; arranging practicals and on-job training for the students of the university and employment of graduates. Such purposes, in their turn, suppose the development of professional and “flexible” competences, upgrade of higher education curriculums, forming individual educational “tracks”, conducting practicals and workshops connected with the solution of real production tasks by students.
