RUSSIA TO ESTABLISH A WORLD-CLASS GASTRONOMIC SCHOOL

The Minister of Economic Development Maksim Reshetnikov stated the necessity to create a world-class gastroschool in Russia. According to him, local cuisine demonstrates the charm of regions and attracts tourists. There are famous cooking schools in Russia (Caucasian, Tatar, Siberian), and new ones are also being formed, for example, the Arctic and the Black Sea ones. The Governor of Krasnoyarsk Territory Mikhail Kotyukov, in his turn, announced new educational programs in this area. Siberian Federal University and Russian State University of Tourism and Service signed a cooperation agreement for the joint development of programs, internship, and exchange of experience.
