RUSSIAN FARMERS GRANTED A NUMBER OF PRIVILEGES

A number of changes have been made to the Tax Code of Russia connected with paying a state duty during cadastral registration and registration of real estate property. If a peasant farm enterprise registers their right for a land plot or applies for its cadastral registration, the size of the duty will be 700 rubles. When performing the both legal acts simultaneously, they will have to pay 1 thousand rubles. Besides, the President of Russia Vladimir Putin has enacted a bill that allows farming both as a legal entity and without establishing a legal entity. This simplifies the business activity of agricultural producers. Requirements to peasant farm enterprises with no legal identity are less strict than those to individual entrepreneurs. Farmers will have less tax and bureaucratical burdens.
