Russian Scientists Find a Way to Detect Toxins in Milk

Scientists from St. Petersburg State Veterinary Medicine University developed a new method of detecting melamine in milk using infrared spectrometry. This method allows to determine melamine content directly at the place of production quickly and precisely. This makes it a perfect quality control tool at milk processing plants.
