The goal is to ensure a 25% growth by the end of the decade. In total, five federal programs are being implemented in different areas as part of the national project. The first block is connected with the development of selection and genetics. It is planned to raise the supply of domestic seeds to 75% by 2030. The most marked increase is seen in crops that were dependent on foreign selection before – sunflower, rapeseed, sugar beet, and soybean. One more federal project is devoted to biotechnologies for feed production and food industry. The third area is connected with the development of veterinary drugs and vaccines. A separate federal project concerns the development of agricultural machinery and equipment. The fifth one, the provision of the industry with qualified personnel, is considered as the one that unites all other areas. The implementation of all the five federal projects is already providing the growth of technological independence of the sector and laying the groundwork for achieving the key goals – the increase of agricultural production (by 25%) and exports (by 50%) by 2030.Source: https://rg.ru/2026/04/14/uroven-tehnologicheskoj-nezavisimosti-rossijskogo-apk-prevysil-55.html
