THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE APPROVED PRICES FOR THE GRAIN AND SUGAR PURCHASING INTERVENTIONS IN 2023—2024

Both pricing groups will be valid from 1 July 2023 till 30 June 2024 (inclusive of VAT) in all the subjects of the Russian Federation.
The purchase price for the third-class soft wheat is set at 17.82 thousand rubles per ton, and at 16.83 thousand rubles for the fourth class soft wheat. The limit levels of minimum prices for rye of the third class or higher are 12.65 thousand rubles per ton in all the subjects of the Russian Federation, those for barley are 14.63 thousand rubles per ton.
In its turn, the limit level of maximum prices for the third-class soft wheat for commodity interventions is approved at 19.58 thousand rubles per ton, that of the fourth class at 18.48 thousand rubles. The maximum price for rye of the third class or higher is set at 13.97 thousand rubles, and at 16.06 thousand rubles for barley.
The purchasing price for white beet sugar is 43.89 thousand rubles per ton, for commodity interventions the level of 48.29 thousand rubles per ton is set.
