ZAINSKY SAKHAR BY AGROSILA TO PROCESS OVER 1250 THOUSAND TONS OF SUGAR BEET IN THE NEW SEASON

AO Zainsky Sakhar has completed the last season with the following performance. 877.6 thousand tons of sugar beet have been processed; 128.6 thousand tons of sugar, 38.3 thousand tons of molasses, 38.2 thousand tons of pelleted pulp have been produced. The revenue of the enterprise in 2022 has amounted to 5 bln. 724.3 mln. rubles.
The plant is planning to process 1252.4 thousand tons of sugar beet; produce 196.8 thousand tons of sugar, 58.8 thousand tons of pelleted pulp, 51.6 thousand tons of molasses in the season of 2023/2024.
The enterprise is preparing for the new season. Equipment repair is carried out as scheduled, events are carried out as part of kaizen projects aimed at increasing the qualitative characteristics of the processes, reducing sugar loss in production, reducing energy consumption, reducing emergency stops of the equipment. As part of the investment program, construction of the beet feed route, beet washing station and automobile beet storage, modernization of beet diffusers is continued. Totally, it is planned to invest 517.7 mln. rubles to the development of the plant in 2023.
