BY 2027, AGRICULTURAL GOODS PRODUCTION MAY GROW 4.4%

Russia’s Ministry of Economic Development has presented its forecast for the social and economic development of Russia in 2025-2027. As it follows from the document, by 2027 agricultural goods production will go up 4.4% on 2023. Positive dynamics will also be seen in food industry (+9.1% on 2023).
Production of slaughter cattle and poultry is expected to be 17.9 million tonnes in live weight in 2027, up 8.1% on 2023. The commercial output of meat and by-products will grow by 7.7% (to 10.5 million tonnes), so will do raw milk production (to 36.4 million tonnes).
