MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE EXPANDS THE LIST OF MACHINERY AND EQUIPMENT FOR PREFERENTIAL LEASE

The draft order of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation was published on the portal of draft regulations. The ministry proposes to include machines for seeds, grains or dry legumes cleaning, sorting or calibrating, machines for producing vegetable-based oils, machines for producing animal feed, feed and food additives in the list of machinery and equipment that can be purchased on state supported lease through Rosagrolising company.
Equipment for fruit and vegetable storage, climate control equipment, electric power generators, milk treatment and processing equipment, equipment for flour milling plants and for sugar industry, grain dryers are also being added to the list. If the document is approved, it will be possible to purchase fuel trucks, refrigerator trucks, tank cars, grain trucks, chaser bins, freight wagons, hopper cars and tank cars on preferential lease.
At the same time, it is proposed to exclude truck and platform scales, containers for the brewing industry, equipment for washing, bottling, capping and packaging of bottles, various installations for sugar industry from preferential lease.
