REGIME OF EMERGENCY INTRODUCED IN CRIMEA DUE TO DROUGHT

The head of Crimea Sergey Aksyonov has introduced a regional regime of emergency after the loss of crops due to drought. Emergency situation has been announced in Dzhankoi, Krasnogvardeiskoye, Krasnoperekopsk, Pervomaiskoye, Nizhnegorsky, Razdolnoye, Simferopol, and Chernomorskoye Districts. Earlier, the head of Rostov Region Yuri Slyusar also completed the list of districts where the regime of emergency had been introduced due to soil draught in his order. Starting from June 30, the regime of emergency was introduced in Aksay, Bagayevskaya, Bokovskaya, Zimovniki, Kuybyshevo, Millerovo, Neklinovsky, Ust-Donetsky, Tselina Districts. According to the governor, this measure is taken in order to help farmers.
