RUSSIA SETS A RECORD IN THE EXPORTS OF SOYBEAN OIL TO SOUTH KOREA

Russia set a new record in the exports of soybean oil to South Korea in 2025, having shipped 28 thousand tonnes of the product there, up 44% on the whole previous year. The earnings of these shipments amounted to 21 million US dollars, which is also a record high. As of year-end 2025, Russia was the largest soybean oil supplier of this market. Experts point out that the reliability of the Russian supplies and high oil quality have become the key factors of success. The achievement confirms the leading positions of Russia in the oil crop segment of the global market.
