11 October 2025 |
Russia will temporarily cancel corn export tariffs from October 15th, according to the Ministry of Agriculture. Last time, they were cancelled on August 13th, but they were returned on the 27th. On October, 8th corn duties amounted to 348.9 rubles. For wheat and meslin (its mixture with rye – ROSNG), rates will drop by 20.1% (174.8 rubles per tonne) – from 493.4 to 318.6 rubles. We remind that tariffs for both crops always change simultaneously and to a similar value. At the same time, rates for barley will still remain zero. Rates for this crop were first cancelled from the beginning of June 2023 and have not been introduced until the middle of August. Then, another cancelling took place from late October of the same year till the end of January of last year, then from the first week of May till October 2nd of last year, and from April 30th this year. New tariff values will be in force up to and including October 21st. Source: https://rosng.ru/post/s-15-oktyabrya-v-rossii-obnulyat-eksportnuyu-poshlinu-na-kukuruzu
