RUSSIAN TAKES FIRST PLACE IN WHEAT AND BARLEY EXPORT

This data was provided by the director of the agricultural market regulation department of Russia’s Ministry of Agriculture Aleksandr Malov.
“We have almost summarized the results of the last farm season. According to its preliminary results, we took first place in wheat export, and first place in barley export”, he said.
According to Aleksandr Malov, Russia rounds out the top three in grain and grain market in the world and is the second in vegetable oil export.  
According to the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance, the export of grain products increased by 21% in the last agricultural season, to 89.3 million tonnes.
