The Russian government plans to continue implementing all sectoral measures to stimulate demand in the agricultural machinery market next year and to increase subsidies for the development of new equipment. A program to support spare parts production is being prepared. These topics were discussed at a meeting held by First Deputy Prime Minister Denis Manturov. Special attention will be paid to tools aimed at supporting the development of new types of agricultural machinery and equipment and the modernization of existing models. In particular, it is planned to increase the volume of R&D subsidies and launch a program to “boost” component production. Denis Manturov drew attention to the need to continue developing and mastering new types of equipment, the domestic analogues of which were previously unavailable on the market. In 2026, 10 billion rubles are provided for the subsidy program for agricultural machinery manufacturers, which allows farmers to purchase cars at a discount. Of this amount, 4.5 billion rubles were allocated to support the production of self-propelled vehicles. In January–August, 6 billion rubles were provided to manufacturers under the program. subsidies. Thanks to this, 5,700 units of agricultural machinery were sold. The preferential leasing program is also ongoing. Since its launch, about 1,500 units of agricultural machinery and equipment have been supplied to farmers on preferential terms, with a total value of 12.2 billion rubles.
